How will I know you got my order?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you have successfully placed an order.

Shipping costs (postage and packaging)
All shipping costs (postage and packaging charges) are included in the price of free to be tee shirts. Please make sure you choose your location acccurately as you enter the store.

Local import duties
Occasionally, local import duties may be payable by the customer on receipt. This is something over which we have no control.

Special requests or "one-offs"
We've done our best to match our designs to our different tee shirt styles to show them at their best, however if you would like a combination of our artwork and tee shirt style that is not shown then please do ask as we can usually accommodate special requests.

All items in stock will be dispatched by Royal Mail within 7 days. If we are temporarily out of stock of the tee shirt you have ordered, and are unable to post your order within 7 days, we will email you to tell you.

If you do send an order by post, please help us get your shirts to you as quickly as possible by dropping us an email to let us know that we have mail waiting!

We can only accept cheques in British pounds sterling drawn on a UK bank.

Please write your cheque guarantee card number and expiry date and the maximum guaranteed amount on the back of the cheque. Please allow 4 days for the cheque to clear. Don't forget to provide us with your name and delivery address. If you include your telephone number, it will help us to get in touch more quickly if we have any questions about your order.
